I also bring more than 20 years of customer service experience, which means I understand the importance of communication, reliability, and making sure every client feels confident throughout the process. From the first idea to the final stitch, my goal is to make everything seamless and ensure you’re proud of the finished product.

My background includes working closely with customers to transform their visions into meaningful, high-quality products ranging from custom apparel and personalized gifts to large-scale business branding.
I truly enjoy being part of the creative process and take pride in working one-on-one with clients to ensure every detail is just right. Seeing how much the finished product means to them is one of the most rewarding parts of my work. David Villalobos-Embroidery Technician
With over 11 years of hands-on experience in the embroidery industry, I’ve built my career from
the ground up starting with trimming and finishing garments, and working my way into machine operation, production, and leadership.
Over the years, I’ve developed a strong understanding of embroidery across all levels. From simple left chest logos and monograms to hats, baby gifts, and large-scale corporate orders, I’ve worked across a wide range of products and mastered the techniques needed to execute each one with precision and consistency.
My passion for embroidery grew into a leadership role, where I managed a production floor of over 24 industrial embroidery machines and a full team of operators. This experience gave me not only technical expertise, but also a deep understanding of workflow, efficiency, and quality control at scale. This experience allows me to approach every design not just as artwork, but as a finished product understanding how it will run, stitch, and hold up in production.
Six years ago, I expanded my skill set into digitizing the foundation behind every embroidered design. Since then, I’ve focused on creating clean, production-ready files from scratch, combining technical precision with an eye for detail and design.
Today, I’m proud to share my knowledge and passion through Not Just Stitches, a space where embroidery is more than just production, it’s an art form built on detail, technique, and creativity.
